Heard Sri V.K. Chandel, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:

"a) Issue an order or direction to the Additional Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Court No. 18, Azamgarh for deciding Original Suit No. 929 of 1987 (Mahadeo and another Versus Bhagirathi and others), pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Court No. 18, Azamgarh within reasonable stipulated time."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and his father instituted a suit, being Original Suit No. 929 of 1987, against the defendants-respondent nos. 1 to 11 for permanent injunction and partition on 05.08.1987 in the Court of Munsif, Mohammadabad Gohna, District Azamgarh. In the suit the defendants have appeared and the issues were framed on 06.05.1989. He further submits that thereafter the case is pending and only dates are being fixed.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to decide the above mentioned original suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments, if there is no legal impediment.
