Counsel for the parties submit that the controversy involved in the present case is similar to that as in Writ-C No. 60572 of 2011 (M/s Triveni Engineering and Industries Ltd. Vs. State of U.P. and others) which has been allowed in terms of the judgment and order dated 31.7.2019.
In view of the aforementioned submission this writ petition is also allowed in the same terms.
The award of the Labour Court dated 30.03.2011 passed in Adjudication Case No 16 of 2006 (M/s Triveni Engineering and Industries Ltd. (Sugar Unit) Khatauli Vs. Kiran Pal Singh) is accordingly set aside.
