The only relief pressed in this petition is that the Revision No.1295 of 2017, Computerized Case No.C201715001295 of 2017 (Durgawati Devi Vs. Tehsildar Mehnagar, Azamgarh and another), pending before the respondent no.2/Commissioner, Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh, may be directed to be decided at an early date.
Learned Standing counsel has no objection to the aforesaid request.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
