Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rohit Pandey, who has appeared for the University.
Undisputedly, the petitioner failed in the main examination and was also unsuccessful in the back paper examination which was conducted for that Semester. More fundamentally and as is pointed by Sri Pandey, the petitioner had enrolled himself in the LLB Programme of 2011-12 and as per the ordinances which apply he was liable to complete the programme within six years. Today the period of six years has also elapsed and in that backdrop, Sri Pandey submits that the relief as prayed for cannot be granted.
Since the position as disclosed from the Ordinances is not disputed, the petition is dismissed .
