Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.

This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned final centre allotment report published on 30.11.2019 by respondent no.5-Secretary Education Board, U.P. Prayagraj.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that examination centre was regularly allotted to petitioner's institution for conducting the High School and Intermediate Examination from 2003 and the petitioner institution fulfils all the norms as per the Government order dated 16.10.2019. The petitioner has applied for keeping his institution as an examination centre within time limit as prescribed in the government order but his institution did not find place in the centre allotment report published on 30.11.2019 by the respondent no.5.

It is further contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner represented the matter before the respondent no.5Secretary, Secondary Education Board, U.P. Prayagraj vide representation dated 1.12.2019, copy of which has been appended as annexure-6 to the writ petition, but no decision has been taken on the said representation.

Under these circumstances, direction is issued to respondent no.5-Secretary, Secondary Education Board, U.P. Prayagraj to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order on the petitioner's representation dated 1.12.2019, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
