This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief :-
"a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to permit the petitioner to meet his minor son, respondent No.2, once every month. Forthwith direct the respondent No.1 not to create any hindrance in meeting the petitioner to his son Ambar Gupta (respondent No.2) in any manner so that the justice may be done; otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury."
The prayer made in the writ petition is wholly misconceived.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed .
