Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner is that his Revision No. 57 of 2011 (Sukkhhoo Vs. Paramsheela & others) pending before the Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Varanasi Mandal, District - Varanasi, respondent no. 2 may be directed to be decided within a time bound period.
Learned standing counsel has no objection to the aforesaid request of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no useful purpose will be served to keep this petition pending and call for a counter affidavit.
In view of the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of directing the authority concerned to decide the aforesaid Revision in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months , after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
