The petitioner is aggrieved by an acknowledgement letter issued from the Regional Passport Officer, Lucknow wherein it has been stated that in respect of certain criminal cases pending against the petitioner, the court orders are required. The acknowledgement letter also records that the file would be closed, if the required documents are not submitted by 21st March, 2019.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that he would place the relevant documents before the authority within the time which has been indicated in the acknowledgement letter.
In view of the abovementioned facts and circumstances, we find no reason to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
