The petitioner has approached this Court to expedite the Case No. 325 under Section 34 (Rekha vs. Ram Chander) in general order of succession pending since 12.2.2015 before the second respondent.
Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application before the second respondent, Naib Tehsildar/Tehsildar, Saidpur, District Ghazipur. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided by the second respondent, expeditiously.
