“ उक्त आराजी मे से क्रेता मेरा नाम सरकारी कागजात से खािरज कराकर अपना नाम सरकारी कागजात मे दर्जर करा ले। िकसी अन्य या मेरे वािरसानों को कोई ऐतराज नहीं होगा।
िवक्रीत धन की अदर्ायगी मे िवक्रेता सं०-1 को मु० 34,45,200/-र ई० पैमेन्ट द्वारा ओ०बी०सी० बैक खाता सं०-07482122004024 मे। िवक्रेता सं०-2 को मु० 9,50,400/-र० ई० पैमेन्ट द्वारा सवर यू०पी० ग्रामीण बैक खाता सं०-95580100021690 मे। िवक्रेतागण के खातो मे 20 िदर्न के अन्द र ् जमा कर दर्ी जायेगी।
यिदर् 20 िदर्न के अन्द र ् उक्त िवक्रीत धनरािशि का भुगतान िवक्रेतागणों के खाते मे हस्तान्तिरत नहीं होता है तो बैनामा स्वतः िनरस्त माना जायेगा।”
“The purchaser may get my name struck off, and get his name registered in, the government records with respect to the aforesaid land. Neither any other person nor my successors shall have any

objection.
Out of the sale amount, a sum of Rs 34,45,200/- shall be deposited in the O.B.C. account no. 07482122004024 of the seller no 1 through e-payment and a sum of Rs 9,50,400/- in Sarva U.P. Gramin Bank account no 95580100021690 of seller no 2 through e-payment within a period of 20 days.
If the aforesaid sale amount is not transferred in the accounts of sellers, the sale-deed shall stand automatically cancelled.”
