Heard Sri Arvind Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Anand Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 and perused the record.
By means of the present petition, the petitioner has prayer for direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 and 2 to cancel the agency of respondent no.3 of Kisan Sewa Kendra allotted in pursuance of letter of intent dated 3.11.2016 for location Kashipur, district Rampur forthwith.
After argument at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without any further liberty to file fresh petition by the petitioner.
