Heard Sri Sudeep Harkauli, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri S.P. Rai, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Ajit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has moved the present application for withdrawing the present petition on the ground that since the possession has now been handed over to the petitioner and the controversy no more survives.
In such view of the matter, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the present withdrawal application stands allowed.
