Heard Sri M.D. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikas Budhwar learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 2 and 3.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has sought relief in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent to consider the correction in the plot number of the petitioner's on-line application which was noted down as 438 instead of 483.

Sri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel for the respondents, at this stage, submits that the correction is not a simplicitor correction but it is the lease deed which carried incorrect plot number itself at the time the online application was submitted. It is by way of a correction deed on 26.6.2019, after lapse of last date, the plot number got changed in original lease deed. Learned counsel for the respondents has relied upon the order passed by this Court in the case Anmol Mittal Vs. Union of India and another (Writ C No. 1064 of 2019 decided on 28.2.2019) and in the case of Nikhlesh Kumar Vs. Union of India and another(Writ C No. 785 of 2019 decided on 28.2.2019).

Having considered the authorities cited above and

applying the principle of law to the present case, we are of the opinion that the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage since the date when the petitioner had applied online, the deed carried plot no. 438, therefore, further correction cannot be permitted now.

The writ petition lacks merits and is consigned to records.
