In paragraph Nos. 4 to 15, the petitioner has admitted that he has taken a loan for tractor, which he failed to deposit and now a sum of Rs.6,08,638/- is due and payable which he is ready to pay in easy instalments.
Notice of this petition has not been served by the petitioner upon the respondent bank.
In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner may approach the respondent bank by making a representation/application for payment of the loan dues in easy instalments within two weeks from today. If such a representation/application is made by the petitioner within the stipulated period, the respondent bank shall take a decision thereon within the next two weeks.
For a period of four weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the auction notice dated 6.12.2018.
