Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The only grievance of the petitioner is that her appeal No.C201917000000191 (Smt. Poonam Devi vs. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Itwa and another) is pending before the second respondent but the same has not been decided so far.
Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case the appeal is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the second respondent to consider and decide petitioner's aforesaid appeal by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
