Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned standing counsel for the State-respondents and learned counsel for Gram Sabha.
Petitioner has already raised his grievance by means of an application dated 03.07.2017 submitted before the respondent No.3 which according to him, is still pending.
Learned standing counsel as well as learned counsel for Gaon Sabha jointly submit that the respondent No.3 shall take appropriate action in accordance with law on the aforesaid application.
In view of the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
