Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anant Kumar Tiwar, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials brought on record.
It appears that in the matter of posting of the petitioner he has already filed a Writ Petition No. 9544 of 2019, which has been disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent his grievance. In the present case also the dispute remains identical. In that view of the matter since a direction has already been issued in Writ Petition No. 9544 of 2019, there would be no justification to entertain the present writ petition in respect of the same relief.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue his representation in the order passed by this Court on 10.6.2019 in Writ Petition No. 9544 of 2019, this writ petition is consigned to records.
