Controversy raised in the present petition, stands adjudicated by this Court vide judgment dated 16.04.2018, passed in a bunch of writ petitions with leading Writ Petition No. 2813 of 2017 (Ranvijay Singh and others Vs. State of U.P. and others). This judgment has also affirmed with dismissal of special appeal on 08th May, 2019.
Specific assertion that facts of the present case are identical are not shown to be incorrect and are otherwise not seriously disputed by Sri S.K. Om, learned counsel for the respondents. It is admitted that directions issued by this Court in the Case of Ranvijay Singh (supra) has not complied with.
Writ petition accordingly succeeds and is allowed in terms of the law laid down in the case of Ranvijay Singh (supra). Respondent shall do needful in terms of the observations made in the Ranvijay Singh's case.
