Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
This petition challenges the order dated 30 November 2018 as well as the order dated 21 December 2018. By virtue of the first order all the petitioners consequent to their promotion on the post of Head Armour have been posted to different districts in the State. By the second order their prayer for modification of the order of transfer has been negatived. The competent authority has noted that the orders of posting in respect of the petitioners has been made after duly taking into consideration the vacancies which were existing in different districts.
In that view of the matter and coupled with the fact that the petitioners belong to a disciplined force, the Court finds no ground to interfere with the order impugned.
The writ petition is dismissed.
