The present writ petition has been filed with the following relief-
a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to permit the petitioner to appear in the Assistant Teacher (Basic) Recruitment -2019 which is scheduled to be held on 06.01.2019.
b) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the respondent to issue admit card to the petitioner online to appear in the examination of Assistant Teacher (Basic) Recruitment -2019 by providing relaxation of age limit to the petitioner being a candidate of reserve category of Dependent of Freedom Fighter."
It is admitted between the parties that the examination for the post of Assistant Teacher (Basic) Recruitment- 2019 has already been held on 6.1.2019.
In the circumstance, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
The writ petition is dismissed.
