Sri Ravindra Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 8 has handover a cheque of Rs.l4,29,519/- to Sri Shyam Lal, learned counsel for the petitioner, which includes the G.P.F. amount as well as interest. The said cheque is payable at Canara Bank.
In view of the above, the relief so claimed has been granted, the writ petition has become infructuous and is dismissed.
