Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri V.B. Yadav, the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents as well as Sri Anant Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel who has appeared for the Union respondent No. 1.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent states that the pending claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds, shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the said respondent in accordance with law and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in view of the statement made and noted above.
