Heard Sri P. S. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1 and 2 and Sri Deo Dayal, learned counsel for the respondent no.3.
The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.12 Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P., Allenganj, Allahabad to summon the answer sheet of "Assistant Teachers Recruitment Written Examination 2018" and the respondent No.2 may be directed to declare the result and issue a fresh marksheet to the petitioner forthwith.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that she submitted a representation addressed to the respondent no.2/Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P. Allenganj, Allahabad, on 28.8.2018. The copy of the said representation is appended as annexure 4 to the writ petition. In the aforesaid representation the request was made by the petitioner for revaluation of the answer-sheet.
In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation along-with copy of the earlier representation dated 28.8.2018 and the certified copy of this order before the respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is made, the respondent no.2, is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks thereafter.
