Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions which are taken on record and marked as "X' for the purposes of identification. Appended to these instructions is a chart showing the plots on which encroachments have been found to exist. In respect of those plots, learned Standing Counsel states that proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006, if already not initiated, shall be registered and these proceedings taken to their logical conclusion in accordance with law and with due notice to all affected persons including the private respondents herein and concluded within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. Insofar as the remainder plots are concerned in respect of which it is disclosed that no encroachments have been found to exist, no further directions need be framed.
Accordingly this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
