Sri. VKS Chandel, learned counsel, who is appearing in Criminal Appeal No.429 of 2018 prays that the present Jail Appeal be dismissed as not pressed as the appellant has already filed aforesaid Criminal Appeal against his conviction.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed.
