This appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 17.2.1999, passed by the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, whereby the application dated 7.11.1998, under Section 6(1) of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976 was rejected. The present appeal has been filed beyond limitation by 154 days alongwith delay condonaton application. The knowledge of the impugned order dated 6.11.1998 to the appellant is undisputed. No proper explanation has been offered for delay in filing the appeal. Consequently, the Delay Condonation Application deserves to be rejected and is hereby rejected .
In result, the appeal also fails and is hereby dismissed .
