This Appeal is directed against the order dated 31.08.2009 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bulandshahar in Matrimonial Misc. Case No.74 of 2019. (Smt. Roopali Gupta vs. Shagun Bansal) under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act'), whereby appellant has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.300/- towards travelling expenses on each date, Rs.8,000/- per month towards interim maintenance from the date of order and Rs.15,000/- towards litigation expenses.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order.

Learned counsel for the appellant has very fairly submitted that his client did not file any objection against the application filed by the plaitiff-respondent under Section 24 of the Act. He further submitted that the respondent is herself a software engineer, who earns Rs.4.80 lacs per year and hence, she was not entitled to any interim relief under Section 24 of the Act. It appears that neither any objection was filed by the appellant against the application moved by the respondent under Section 24 of the Act, nor he led any evidence to show that the respondent is employed as Software engineer and she is earning Rs. 4.80 lacs per month.

In view of the above, we find that the impugned order does not warrant any interference. However, it is directed to the Principal Judge Family Court, Bulandshahar to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations/ directions, this appeal is disposed of.
