Learned counsel for appellants has moved withdrawal application for withdrawing the appeal supported with affidavit of Shiv Kumar, who had also filed affidavit at the time of filing of appeal with the allegation that matter has been settled between the parties out of Court and the appeal may be permitted to be withdrawn.
In view of above submission, the present first appeal from order is dismissed as withdrawn.
