The present revision has been filed for quashing the order dated 25.5.2019 passed by Special Judge (DAA)/Addl. District & Sessions Judge Kanpur Dehat in SST No.17 of 2018 u/s 147, 394, 395, 323, 504, 506 IPC PS Shivrajpur District Kanpur Dehat by means of which the complaint has been rejected.
I have perused the impugned order passed by the Special Judge (D.A.A.), Kanpur Dehat dated 25.5.2019 which shows that while rejecting the complaint the court concerned has given categorical finding to the following effect:-

After hearing the learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the order impugned as well averments made in the present revision, this Court is of the opinion, that learned counsel for the revisionist could not point out any illegality or perversity in the order impugned which may warrant any interference by this Court.
Accordingly, the revision lacks merit and is dismissed.
