The present revision has been filed by the revisionist against the impugned judgment and order dated 02.04.2019, passed by Family Judge/Upper District & Sessions Judge, (FTC) created under 14th Finance Commission, Jhansi, in Case No.18 of 2018 (Smt. Ruchi Dixit & another Vs. Pawan Dixit), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Nawabad, District Jhansi, whereby the kerned Judge allowed the application of the opposite party no.2, moved under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and directing the revisionist to pay Rs.3,000.- per month to the opposite party no.2, the wife and Rs.2,000/- per month to the opposite party no.3, the minor daughter, as maintenance allowance and that too from the date of order.
Having heard the counsel for the parties and pursued the impugned order dated 02.04.2019 and find that there are no illegality or perversity in the said order, hence no case for grant of any indulgence has been made out.
Accordingly the present revision is hereby rejected.
