and his real brother Munna Lal Durbal were introduced as Panch witnesses who furnished their respective opinion. Thereafter, post mortem report was prepared on 3.9.2018 at 2:45 P.M. and Doctor noted two anti mortem injuries in shape and nature of contusion and opined cause of death due to shock and asphysia anti mortem injury and drowning – reference annexure-4 to the affidavit accompanying this revision. Thereafter, the Investigating Officer claims to have recorded the statement of Mohit Sharma, Balwant Raikwar and Nitesh Parsariya in parcha dated 2.10.2018, reference annexure-9 to the affidavit accompanying this revision. Thereafter, the Investigating Officer claims to have recorded the statement of S.I. Sri S.S. Tiwari, K.V.R. Reddy, Mukesh Kumar Gujar, Kallu Singh, S.L. Gujar, Murti Singh, Saeed Sadiq, who were the members of rescue operation. Reference – annexure- 10 to the affidavit accompanying this revision. Thereafter Investigating Officer claims to have recorded the statement of Pushpendra Kumar Richhariya, Advocate, Sudip Kumar and Nirdesh and Panchayatnama witness Munnalal Dorwar who disclosed that deceased was subjected to cruelty due to demand of dowry, hence no family member had participated in the marriage of Deepak, reference
