Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the Court had not properly understood the statement that was made on 04.04.2019 as regards the injury sustained by the victim in the incident because the petitioners wanted to communicate that if at all there had been any injury that was received not in the manner alleged but the Court had taken the aforesaid statement as if there had been no injury.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw this petition.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn .
