This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring the conclusion of fair investigation of case crime no. 685 of 2018, under Sections 406, 420,506 IPC PS Noida Sector 39, District Gautam Budh Nagar.

However, Sri Patanjali Mishra, learned AGA has opposed the prayer with the contention that earlier the accused persons had approached this Court by filing Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.24507 of 2018 in which they have been given protection in the following terms:

"Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and nature of the allegations, it is directed that the petitioners shall not be arrested in above mentioned case, till the submission of the police report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C. but they will co-operate with the investigation of the case."

Contention is that till date the police authorities have not completed the investigation.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and keeping in view the order passed by earlier Bench of this Court, it is directed that the police authorities will complete the investigation of the abovementioned case in accordance with law within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the above direction this petition is finally disposed of.
