Learned AGA has pointed out that a short counter affidavit has been filed annexing there with copy of the charge sheet dated 15.4.2019 to disclose that after investigation charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioners.
Copy of the short counter affidavit has been supplied, which has been taken on record.
Office has also submitted a report that the petitioners have not taken steps to serve Respondent No.3.
In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to dispose off the petition by giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet by taking recourse to appropriate legal remedy in appropriate forum , if so advised.
The interim order, if any, stands discharged.
