The learned A.G.A. has informed the Court that after investigation, the police has submitted a charge-sheet in Case Crime No. 77 of 2019, under Sections 394, 323, 504, 506, 419, 420, 467, 468 & 471 I.P.C., Police Station Bhelupur, District Varanasi.
In view of above, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition by giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in the appropriate jurisdiction by taking recourse to appropriate legal remedy.
