Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned AGA and perused the impugned F.I.R, as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 23.1.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 0062 of 2019, under section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, P.S. Quarsi District Aligarh.
Matter relates to heinous crime and the contention of the petitioner that gangster act cannot be invoked on a solitary case is not legal sound, cognizable offences are made out, F.I.R, cannot be quashed.
The writ petition is dismissed.
