A counter affidavit has been filed by the Investigating Officer. In paragraph No.5 of the counter affidavit it is stated that after investigation a charge sheet No. 421 of 2018 dated 12.11.2018 has been submitted in the court below.
In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to dispose off the petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate legal remedy in appropriate forum to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
The interim order, if any, stands discharged.
