Rejoinder affidavit filed today is taken on record.
In the short counter affidavit filed by the Investigating Officer, in paragraph no. 4, it is stated that after investigation a final report no. 3 of 2019, dated 15.01.2019, has been prepared and sent for approval and, therefore, the matter has been rendered infructuous.
In view of above, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge any adverse action if taken on the final report.
