Heard Sri Manish Tiwary, learned Senior Adv. assisted by Sri Gaurav Tripathi and Sri A.R. Chaurasia, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer commanding and directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to conclude the investigation in a fair manner in Case Crime No. 07 of 2015, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, P.S. Kavi Nagar, District Ghaziabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the informant of the case who has lodged the F.I.R. against five accused persons and charge-sheet has been submitted against two accused persons. He also submits that thereafter the petitioner himself made an accused in the present case and he challenged the FIR before this Court and the same was finally disposed of. He further stated that the FIR has been lodged in the year 2015 and though the investigation is under way.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the Investigating Officer of the present case to conclude the investigation and submit a police report before the court
concerned expeditiously preferably within the period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The S.P/S.S.P, Ghaziabad is directed to ensure the compliance of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of.
