This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to ensure the education of children in Madarsa without any interfere and take necessary action against the respondent no.4 in Case Crime No. 0118 of 2019, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kareli, District Prayagraj.
The prayer made in the writ petition is rejected.
From the perusal of the record, it reveals that the petitioner is the informant of the aforementioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the aforementioned case, the same may be raised before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Prayagraj, who shall look into the matter and thereafter conclude the investigation in accordance with law, preferably within period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the above directions, this writ petition is finally disposed of .
