The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 24th April, 2019 registered as Case Crime No.0097 of 2019, under Sections 3/5-A/8 of Cow Slaughter Act at Police Station Kakrauli, District Muzaffar Nagar.
The allegations in the impugned first information report are that cows were being slaughtered in the premises/house of the petitioners. The allegations are supported by recovery.
In view of the above, the prayer of the petitioners to quash the first information report cannot be accepted.
The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to apply for bail.
