Pursuant to our order dated 02.05.2019, learned A.G.A. has obtained instructions from the police station concerned and has informed us that after investigation, charge sheet has been submitted on 09.04.2019.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed off by giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet in appropriate jurisdiction by taking recourse to appropriate legal remedy.
