C.J.M., Saharanpur vide his letter dated 26.02.2018 has reported that the sole surviving appellant Pala son of Shambhu has expired about 20 years back in Police encounter. In verification of this fact, statement of Jasveer Singh son of Sambhu, real brother of deceased Pala has been recorded.
In view of the above, the present appeal against the appellant no.1 Pala, who is the sole surviving appellant of this criminal appeal is dismissed as abated.
