We have perused the report of CJM, Fatehpur dated 27.05.2019 as per which the sole appellant-Ramesh Chandra has expired. The relevant documents are part of the record. The report of CJM shows that the wife of the deceased as well as the nephew of the deceased have recorded their statement along with statement of Sub Inspector-Anirudha Kumar Dwivedi and the CorporatorVakeel Ahmad, which is also part of the record.
In view of the death of the sole appellant, the appeal is dismissed as having abated.
