Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri P.K. Giri, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and have perused the record.
Present application has been filed for wilful disobedience of the order dated 3.12.2018 passed in Writ A No. 16355 of 2018 (Ram Vilas Yadav and another vs. State of U.P. and others).
Pursuant to the order dated 9.4.2019 Sri Giri has produced a copy of the instruction dated 27.4.2019 annexing therewith a copy of the order dated 19.4.2109 passed by the opposite party no. 1, which is not in dispute. Instructions are taken on record.
Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed.
