Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vishal Kakkar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the affidavit filed in support of this application.
The present contempt application has been filed for punishing the Opposite Party for willful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 54760 of 2017 passed by the Writ Court in Writ C No. 54760 of 2017 (Pramod Kumar vs. State of UP and 5 others). The operative portion of the said order is quoted as under:
"Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed with a direction to the respondents No.3 and 4 that they may take action on the application of the petitioner which is pending before them within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order."
An affidavit of compliance has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 annexing therewith copy of the order dated 30.8.2018 whereby representation of the applicant has been decided.
In such view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the order of the Writ Court has been complied and no further orders are required.
Application is consigned to record.
