Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record.
This bail application has been preferred by the accusedapplicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 144 of 2018 under Sections 307, 457, 380, 325, 411 I.P.C., Police StationPanwadi, District- Mahoba.
As per FIR version some unknown persons entered in the house of the informant and stolen Rs.10,000/- and two mobile phones.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicant is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case. It has been argued that the applicant was arrested and stolen mobiles were recovered from the applicant and on the basis of extra judicial confession he has been made accused in the present case. The applicant is languishing in jail.
Learned A.G.A has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail.
