It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the due to some unavoidable circumstances, the applicant could not appear before the court on the dates fixed. It has further been stated that due to non appearance, non bailable warrant was issued against the applicant and in pursuance of the same, he was arrested by the police. Sufficient cause has been shown in paragraph 9 of the affidavit filed in support of the bail application. The applicant undertakes to appear before the trial court on each and every date fixed by the trial court.Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed forth before the court. The circumstances which, according to the counsel, led to the false implication of the accused has also been touched upon at length. It has been assured on behalf of the applicant that he is ready to cooperate with the process of law and shall faithfully make himself available before the court whenever required. It has also been submitted that the applicant is languishing in jail since 20.12.2018.The applicant has no other reported criminal antecedent.
