Heard Sri Satyendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajesh Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the State.
This is a second bail application moved on behalf of applicant praying to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.268 of 2017, under Sections 354(B), 354(D), 504, 506, I.P.C., and 3/4 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and 3(2) (V) Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Atrocities of Prevention), Act, Police Station Dhata, Distrit Fatehpur.
This is the second bail application moved on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on 30.08.2018.
Perusal of the record shows that no subsequent development or new ground has been brought on record, apart from the fact that the applicant is languishing in jail since 12.04.2018.
The second bail application has been pressed solely on the ground of detention. No subsequent development or new ground has been brought on record.
Accordingly, the second bail application of the applicant is hereby rejected.
