Applicant has moved the present bail application seeking bail in Case Crime No.0242 of 2018 u/s 302 IPC PS Ghatampur District Kanpur Nagar.
Looking to the allegations made in the FIR, the gravity of the offence and the confessional statement of the wife herself i.e. applicant which has been produced before this Court by learned AGA, no case for grant of any indulgence is made out.
